STORAGE

We will gladly store your purchased item for up to 180 days at a rate of $1.00 per day.  If arrangements for pick-up or delivery have not been made by 180 days we will consider the purchase as abandoned and it will be returned to the warehouse for resale.

YOUR INFORMATION IS SAFE WITH US

We will never share any information provided to us by our customers to any other party---under any circumstances.

SHIPPING

All of our bathtubs are shipped by truck.  The bathtub will be insured, crated, delivered to your curb and liftgate service will be included for a low rate.

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns may be made up to 30 days from the date of shipment.  You may make returns for:  a) refund

                                        b) replacement, if defective

All returns, including bathtubs, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns must include the original packaging, including the box.

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If any item has been installed, it cannot be returned.

Special finish tubs, special finish items and special orders are not returnable.

If the returned item has been purchased with a credit card, a credit will be issued to that card.

Please call us for a return authorization number.

Please insure your returned items.

IS YOUR SHIPMENT CORRECT?

Please open your shipment immediately to check for damage or missing items.  Let us know of any problems right away so that we can rectify the situation.

WAYS TO PAY

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express and Discover.  Please call if you would like to pay by check.  We're sorry but we cannot send items COD.

WARRANTIES

There is a warranty through the manufacturer for our faucets. We guarantee the cartridges of our Lone Star Brass Works faucets for life.  We also guarantee the interior porcelain and cast iron of our bathtubs to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (such as cracks, chips and rust spots) for five years. We do not cover the bottom side paint as it comes from the factory( the bottom side is primed for painting a custom color either by our company under the customer's direction or by the customer themselves).   Damage caused by misuse is not covered.   Please feel free to call if you have any questions.
